This report presents the progress and impact the work of Wessex Voices had during 2018-2019.

The aim of this project, which was commissioned by Wessex Clinical Network and Hampshire and Isle Wight Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (HIoW STP), was to identify key themes from existing mental health service user and carer experience and engagement reports across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

This report responds to the Maternity Matters recommendations provided in January 2018, and provides an update on the progress made.

This report investigates what identification is needed to register with a practise in Wessex, after individuals raised concerns they were unable to register at GP practices due to not having the required ID or proof of address.
